ZoneEdit users now have the ability to downgrade a domain name from a paid service to a free service.
NOTE: Make sure your domain is eligible to downgrade and that you have a free slot available.
In order to downgrade a domain, please do the following:
1. Log into your ZoneEdit account
2. Click on MANAGE for the domain you'd like downgraded
3. Click on the DOMAIN SETTINGS tab and then click on DOWNGRADE
4. Confirm your changes
NOTE: Please be aware if you downgrade all your domains to free service you will lose your access to priority support.
If you downgrade a domain that is "on hold" (provided it is eligible), it will be reactivated immediately.
