How To Get Support

You can submit a support ticket here.

Our business hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am ET to 6pm ET

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays Noon - 6pm ET

Typically we reply to all tickets within 24 hours (usually a lot faster).

Please note ZoneEdit is under new management. That means: Support tickets actually get read and actioned.
